Horse and Rider Connection
We had very positive and successful meetings with the Town of Cumberland Board of Appeals, and Planning Board. Thanks to Bill Longely and Carla Nixon for their assistance.
H&RC has provided donated services to the fundraising events for Center for Grieving Children and Youth Alternatives Ingraham. Both events were fun and we enjoy being a part of the community that gives back to those organizations that do so much for others.
Thank you to Kane Loukas and the Board at YAI for allowing us some time to present at one of their Board Meetings. The interaction was extremely positive and we're excited about relationship that continues to develop there!

Cumberland in March to conclude the Appeals and Planning Departments process
requests, all looks to be going smoothly!

Horse and Rider Connection
Thanks again to all who have helped to date, Horse and Rider Connection has acquired its non-profit status!
This will allow the company to work with other non-profits more seemlessly. Plans are being made to bring these ideas and plans together for the 2010 fiscal year.
Fundraising is a big portion of what we need to do. We welcome your thoughts and ideas towards more effective ways to raise funds so more time can be spent helping our clients.
Our application for 501(c)(3) status is pending, and we fully expect it to be approved. This will allow your donations to be tax exempt. All donations go directly to funding a lesson for a client. Your money doesn't go to any operating expenses at all!

Debbie's company is going Non-Profit! We are in the process of incorporating to better partner with the Non-Profits we currently support and work with.
Look to see that operational by Jan. 1, 2010.
